Planning and Tracking
The project manager works collaboratively with the sponsors, from kick-off meetings to regular status reports, and stays in close contact with the site manager through daily/weekly communication and regular follow up
We provide detailed tracking of each project and timely monitoring of data to help sponsors remain consistently aware of the status of their project.
